Normal Birth - Cesarean - Painless Birth with Epidural Anesthesia
Expectant mothers who want to bring their babies into the world need to make the right decision about the mode of delivery. Experts make recommendations in line with their health status and the position of the baby in the uterus.

Although normal birth is the most preferred method, caesarean section is sometimes used for the health of pregnant women and their babies. At the same time, when normal delivery is appropriate for the health of the mother and baby, delivery can also be performed with epidural anesthesia, known as painless delivery, depending on the mother's low pain threshold or unwillingness to suffer.

Human Papilloma Virus Typing - HPV Vaccine
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV),also known as genital wart virus, is sexually transmitted. There are many types of viruses that cause this disease, which can be seen in both men and women. Since there are more than 100 types, HPV testing and determination of the type of virus is necessary for the treatment of the disease. In addition to the HPV test, additional diagnostic methods such as Pap smear and biopsy are used to diagnose HPV. After HPV typing, the severity of the disease is determined and the treatment process begins.

Cervical Cauterization - Cryocauterization
Cervical cauterization is a method used to remove benign or malignant tissues in the cervix. This application, also known as burning treatment, allows patients to return to their daily life in a short time. Patients do not feel pain during cervical cauterization treatment, which can be applied with different methods such as heat, electricity and laser beam. The method in which wounds, warts, moles and skin lesions such as molluscum on the cervix are treated by freezing is called cryocauterization.

Pipelle Biopsy
It is the process of taking a piece to determine the structure of the intrauterine lining of people with infertility problems and to evaluate the intrauterine lining of people with bleeding during menopause.

Full Curettage
It is the process of taking samples from the lining of the uterus and cervical canal to determine the causes of bleeding before and after menopause. It provides important data in the diagnosis of cervical cancer and uterine cancer diseases.

Cervical Biopsy and Diagnostic Curettage

Diagnostic curettage methods are used to examine the cervix and intrauterine structures, diagnose diseases and determine appropriate treatment methods for the patient. Cervical biopsy is also one of the diagnostic curettage techniques. Cervical biopsy can be defined as the process of removing cervical tissues that turn white after a special solution is applied to the cervix. Cervical biopsy can be performed if anomalies are detected during routine examinations.

Hysterosalpingography (HSG); It is a method that allows visualization of the fallopian tubes and the inside of the uterus. In the procedure performed with fluoroscopy x-ray, video images are obtained, not pictures. HSG method is used to detect the problems of people who have problems getting pregnant or who have risky pregnancies. Factors that cause infertility can also be diagnosed with this method.

Assisted Reproductive Techniques
In assisted reproductive techniques, which are the greatest hope of couples who cannot have children naturally; egg cells taken from the woman and the sperm of the man are fertilized in the laboratory environment and the resulting embryo is placed in the uterus to create pregnancy. In some patients, vaccination, i.e. "Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)" method can also be applied. The assisted reproductive technique to be used must be carefully determined. In order to increase the efficiency of the treatment processes of women who apply for assisted reproductive techniques, follicle follow-up is performed with ultrasonography.

Tubalization with Laparoscopic and Mini Laparotomy
One of the most preferred methods for women who do not want to have children is tubal ligation. Tubal ligation, known as ligation of the tubal canals, can be performed laparoscopically from the umbilical region or with mini laparotomy by making a 3-4 cm incision just above the pelvic bone.

Urinary Incontinence
The problem of urinary incontinence, which reduces the quality of life of people and affects their social life, can be caused by different reasons such as neurological diseases, multiple births, menopause, obesity and increased intra-abdominal pressure. If this problem cannot be solved with medical and physical treatments, surgical interventions are used. Known as the most reliable urinary incontinence surgery, the TOT method has a low risk of bleeding, low risk of intestinal and bladder injury, no abdominal incision and a very high success rate.

Uterus Surgeries
Operations such as total abdominal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingooferectomy and myomectomy are among the uterine surgeries.

Myomectomy is an operation in which fibroids, known as benign tumors, are removed from the uterus and cervix; Total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH),in which the uterus is completely removed; Bilateral Salpingooferectomy (BSO),in which both ovaries are removed from the body. In addition to these operations, single ovary removal (USO) and removal of both the uterus and ovaries (TAH-BSO) are also performed.

Abdominal Surgeries
Abdominal surgeries, in other words, surgeries performed in the abdominal region, are used to remove tumors, remove cysts and terminate ectopic pregnancy. Through incisions made in the abdomen or laparoscopic operations, the necessary procedures are performed to help patients regain their health quickly.

Vaginal Hysterectomy
The operation to remove the uterus through the vagina is called vaginal hysterectomy. During the operation, the uterus is separated from the ovaries, fallopian tubes, blood vessels and connective tissue and removed through the vagina. Vaginal hysterectomy surgery can be performed to remove tumors, cancerous cells, treat endometriosis, and stop abnormal vaginal bleeding.

Smear
Smear, which is among the routine tests of gynecological controls, is an important test that should be applied regularly. The smear test, which enables early diagnosis of diseases, provides important data on the occurrence of infection, the identification of cancerous cells and the follow-up of cervical health.

IUD Application
The IUD, which can be opened as an intrauterine device, is a birth control method preferred by women who do not want to give birth. Women who want to be contraceptive for a long time or who are unlikely to become pregnant have a small, plastic device inserted into their uterus that is specially designed to prevent them from becoming pregnant. Before using the RIA, it is important to get counseling and make sure that you are not pregnant.
